Join us for this highly engaging session in a room with a spectacular view… We look forward to seeing you there.

Session Overview:
When you/your organization is tasked with taking a successful learning project global, initially, sounds as easy. However, as many of you already know, it is very difficult when you add different expectations, beliefs and languages.
In Wilson Learning’s experience, there are 4 elements critical to a successful global learning project. Our belief is that the 4 elements are about the team that is doing the implementation - and good learning, for all intents and purposes, is the ticket to play!

Alignment: Ensure the game strategy is set, and communicated to your team players
Creating the Guiding Coalition - the people responsible for connecting the learning project to the strategy of the organization. Defining what success of the project actually looks like is also a key responsibility.

Inclusion: See that everyone gets a touch of the ball
Keeping people informed and included. Critically important are that everyone involved feels that the project is something of importance and value to the individual and the company.

Sustainability: Block, tackle and keep your eye on the back of the net
On-going learning and enhancement. Fostering the philosophy of constantly measuring and adjusting to the target defined in Alignment.

Integration: Use all your team talents, and go for goal
Global Processes and Skills – delivering on the other three steps to enable implementation. The team implementing this initiative needs to have the skills required regarding Global Awareness, Leadership and communication.

How does this fit with your experiences of trying to deliver on a global learning project?
