Marina holds BA diploma in Philology and has been a facilitator and trainer since 1995. Prior to joining Advance Response International in 2005 she gained broad managerial experiences within the HR field. Certified Wilson Learning facilitator for SCS, CSP, LFP modules, LCT, TLM. As of 2008, Master trainer for CSP. Marina’s focus is also in HR consultancy in the field of competency development; assessment & measurement; design & delivery behavioural change projects; culture development; performance management.
