Managing Partner - Mrs Lenia Iacovides
Lenia Iacovides is the Managing Partner of Wilson Learning SEM LTD (founded in 2007), covering Egypt, Lebanon, Syria & Jordan. She is also the founder and Managing Director of interFRONTIERS Group, a group of companies, specialising in Business Management and Channel Development in the SEMEA, specialising in information technology & people development. Prior to interFRONTIERS, Lenia was the International Director for Gateway EMEA, was a Chartered Accountant for Moore Stephens and co in the UK and also run the Middle Eastern PC sales and financial organizations of AT&T and NCR respectively. Lenia holds a B.A. in Economics and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.

Managing Partner - Dr Yorgos Mandes
Dr Yorgos Mandes (PhD in Business Administration and MSc in Mechanical Engineering) is the Managing Partner of Wilson Learning SEM LTD (founded in 2007). He is also the founder and Managing Director of TEAM Management Consultants, the Wilson Learning Partner in Greece.  Dr Mandes is in the training and development field as a full time consultant and trainer since 1985 and he has trained over 30,000 people.  Dr Mandes is a pioneer in Greece in the field of Management Development and has cooperated with many important International Companies. He served formerly, as production Manager for Warner and Lambert, Industrial Marketing Manager for Legrand, and Operations Director for The Greek Management Association. He was a Senior Lecturer at the University of Business and Commerce of Athens.
