We provide management consulting and learning & development services to leading companies by developing and implementing effective and sustainable solutions that are driven by a sound understanding of our clients’ business and operating environment. IBS has been partners with Wilson Learning Europa for over 3 years. We recently got an exclusivity license to market Wilson Learning products in Nigeria and Ghana.

Managing director - Yinka Johnson
Yinka has 20 years of professional experience with leading companies in the UK, USA and Nigeria. She is currently Principal Consultant and Co-founder of Integrated Business Strategies.
Most of her consulting is in the area of strategy development, organisation transformation, and Performance Management Systems. She is a certified facilitator for Wilson Learning Systems in the area of Leadership and Management. Prior to Integrated Business Strategies, Yinka was a management consultant with Cap Gemini.
She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, USA, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Chemical Engineering from South Bank University, London, UK.
